The Wellbeing Room is the place to find out the latest information about Q-active, as well as being the hub of Q-active's activities; including salsa classes, yoga and aerobics. Have you had a look?

Before Q-Active launched, the Wellbeing Room used to be a Staff Smoking Room. As Geoff Cooke, former international cyclist, said when he opened the Wellbeing Room on launch day - it is ironic that the place where staff used to go to 'get ill' is now the place reserved for health and activity.
