Improve your health and fitness with the Q-Active pledge campaign
NUH's Q-Active team are encouraging staff to improve their health and fitness, get active and feel better by pledging to do something different. This could be doing an exercise class a week, walking, or eating more fruit and vegetables - it's up to you.
You can make your pledge by visiting http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/T2BMJ9J. Once you've made your pledge you will be entered into a free prize draw, with some great prizes to be won including Lakeside Arts Centre vouchers, Free Nordic walking beginners' lesson, and a free Q-Active class or gym induction.
Q-Active aims to help staff become healthier and more active by providing classes and therapies on-site as well as signposting to other opportunities in and around Nottingham. For more information please contact Catherine Hughes on ext 64771 or email us.
