How to book a class
Booking a class firstly ensures that if the class is full then you will have a reserved place on it. Secondly, it means that if the class has to be cancelled for an unforseen reason, then if you have included your contact details you will be told in advance.
- Click on the link "Classes" on the left hand side of the screen, a drop down menu will appear, click on "Activity Class Booking Form"
- A new page will open, insert your name and your contact details then click on the white dot that appears on the left hand side of the class you wish to book.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the list of classes and insert the 6-digit security code that appears in the box with the black background.
- Click "Sign Me Up!", if there is availability at the class you chose, confirmation will be displayed on the screen. Places are limited, so if your chosen class is full, please choose another class to attend.
- If you wish to book an additional class at this time, click on the white dot at the side of the second class you wish to book, insert the 6-digit security code and again click "Sign Me Up!", repeat this process until you have booked onto all the classes you wish to attend.
- Please ensure that you pay for your classes in advance. This can be done at the General Office, B Floor (Main Entrance, QMC Campus) or any of the Coffee City outlets at City hospital. You can pay for as many classes as you wish at one time. You will be given a card stamped with the appropriate number and value of stamps for the classes. You must present this payment card to the instructor who will authorise your payment. Some instructors accept direct payment, please check with your instructor if you would prefer this.
- Classes are priced as follows: 30 minutes - £2.00, 45 minutes - £3.00 and 60 minutes - £4.00, alternatively you can purchase a six month Premier Membership for £10.00 and get a 25% reduction on these prices.
