Q-Active Anniversary Week
Week beginning 21st April 2008
A week of events, including free classes all week and a new Smoothie Bar in the main entrance. Tuesday demonstrations in the restaurant, including boxercise, belly dancing, salsa dancing, and therapies. Wednesday Hulaerobics and Nordic Walking outside at the Helipad. Also the unveiling of active commuting facilities as well as free bike checks by Dr Bike.

Central News Tries Q-Active Salsa

Staff Feedback Video

Carrying the Olympic Torch for London 2012
