Booking Form for City Campus

Please use this form to sign up for Q-Active classes at City Campus. Input your name and e-mail address, select the class that you would like to sign up for, put in the security number, and then press submit. You can book for a class up to 12 days in advance, as soon as they are displayed in the list below.

If the class is displayed as being full, then unfortunately it has already reached its class limit.

Q-active classes should still be paid for in advance by going to any Coffee City outlet. Classes are £3.00 per 45 minutes or £4.00 for 60 minutes or £2.25 or £3.00 respectively for premier members.
