Class Descriptions

Beginner and Improvers Salsa

Salsa Dancing. Beginners: a progressive course teaching the basic salsa steps and routines. No partner or experience required. A great way to meet new people and make new friends. Improvers: progress after 6 weeks of beginners Salsa and enhance your skills. No partner required. Please wear clothing that is easy to move in and shoes, boot or sandals with ankle support. NOT flip flops, trainers or bulky shoes.

Aerobics

A fun hi-lo aerobics session to improve cardiovascular fitness as well as toning and strengthening the body.

Yoga Fusion

Yoga Fusion is suitable for all age groups, is very "low impact" and helps to balance and relax your body and mind. The practice enables your body to work as a harmonious unit with movements that are subtly dynamic and will leave you with a wonderful sense of wellbeing even after your very first class.

Please wear comfortable clothing that will allow a full range of movement, with soft shoes or trainers - it is advised that females wear trousers of some kind.

Hulaerobics

A body toning class in which you learn to hoop on your torso whilst performing some standard aerobic moves followed by some core conditioning. It helps improve posture, trims the waist, firms the thighs and eats up calories. PLEASE NOTE: You must not participate in this class if you are pregnant, trying to become pregnant or are receiving fertility treatment. Navel piercings must be removed to avoid injury. Bruising may occur to areas where the hoop is used, due to the nature of the activity and the equipment used.
