Weight Watchers comes to QMC
16th July 2010
You can find them in the Q Active Wellbeing Room corridor (D floor, South block, next to the Anticoagulant Unit). Each session will cost £5.50 or you can buy a monthly pass for just £12.95. Sessions are open to all staff and students at NUH. Weight Watchers meetings already take place at City Hospital on a Thursday at 10am and 5.45pm in the Leisure Centre. An Express Weigh in at City is due to be set up soon!

The routines features interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body whilst burning fat. It is an energetic class which burns lots of calories.
