Thank you for visiting the Q Active website.
Q Active has now been renamed NUH active (pronounced new) to reflect the wider health and wellbeing for staff programme at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust.
We are still providing fitness activities and therapies at both main hospital sites. For information about all our health and wellbeing activities please visit our new website www.nuh.nhs.uk/healthandwellbeing
