Q-Active started in April 2006, and sent a questionnaire to all QMC staff asking about your health behaviours, and what you wanted Q-Active to provide for you. Two years later and it's time to evaluate how we've done! Below is a link to the Q-Active Follow-up questionnaire. Please download it, print it out, and then either drop it into the box in the Wellbeing Room or return it to Dr Sandra Lee, D12 Curie Court, QMC. Thanks so much for your time in advance!

Staff Gym Opens!

Q-active are delighted to be running the Staff Gym in the Physiotherapy Department, A floor, East Block, QMC Campus.
With a large range of cardio, weights and floor equipment, not to mention fully qualified, experienced (and very friendly) instructors - we're sure we have something for you, regardless of your skill or fitness level.
Gym users must be inducted on how to use the equipment prior to use. Appointments can be arranged in person at the gym in staff opening hours or there is a sign-up sheet on the notice board outside the gym. If you are nervous, then you can be inducted with a friend too!

All of Q-Active`s therapists and instructors are trained in what they do, so that they can offer the best taught classes or most relaxing therapies. If you`ve been unsure about getting involved, you can now meet the therapists and instructors and see that as well as being trained, they`re really nice and friendly people too!
